Trust

Isaiah 40:30-31
New International Version (NIV)

” Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not be weary,
they will walk and not faint.”

As it says in this verse of scripture, all we have to do is trust in the Lord. Remember this verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” All we have to do is put our hope and strength in Him, and he will give us what we need.

2 Timothy 1: 13-14

“Hold onto the pattern of sound teaching that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. Guard, through the Holy Spirit Who lives in us, that good thing entrusted to you.”

Think about that verse. It says: “guard that good thing entrusted to you.” The things most of us see today as ‘that good thing’, are amounts of money, and other worldly possessions we set as idols in our life. Most Christians today do not take any time during the day and set it aside for alone time with God.

Another part of this scripture, “guard that good thing entrusted to you.” God Almighty, Creator of EVERYTHING, has entrusted His Holy Spirit unto each of us. Let us guard and keep it through receiving His words of wisdom by the study of His Holy Word.

In Philippians 2: 10-11 it says:
“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. ”

Pray that you do not let yourself waste away until it is too late.
